We were asked by the client of this build to help design and build her dream home, so together with Kyle Kake from Mason Street Architects her dreams came to fruition.
The owners of this beautiful 1800s Villa came to us with their ideas already in mind and together we accomplished exactly what they were after. A gorgeous wing added on to the existing home has become their bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. They were ecstatic with the final result, and as you can see its in keeping with the original home.

I was lucky enough to be the foreman for Lindesay Construction when this magnificent home in the beautiful Mangawhai Heads was built. Alongside Auckland based architect Christian Anderson and the Vendors of this property, Hona and the team of experienced builders made this dream come alive for Ian and Lisa.
