This build all started when my wife and I purchased some land to build our last home in Whareora off some well known locals in the community David and Dianne Holwell . After having sealed the deal to buy our land with a handshake (because they are such good, honest and genuine people) we then ended up talking to each other more in depth and learnt they were looking to build their own dream home/bach at their property out at Pataua North.  After various meetings with them and Kyle Kake from Mason Street Architectural Drafting the beautiful bach at Pataua North began.  Still a few finishing touches to go but this property is looking absolutely stunning and we are very grateful and fortunate to of worked with such down to earth easy going clients who worked closely with us and Kyle to make this home what it is today.
